Netbeans 6.0M8 – wait a little longer

NetBeans 6.0M8 is available using the old installer (download here and ask for the 6.0 Q-builds). Merely this installer doesn’t work for me. It starts, asks me to point out the Java6 JDK (no problem here); then it starts to install; only after 0% is continues with “Installation finished”…. but no NetBeans installed ;-(

For M7 I used the NBI installer from here. This installer is still on M7 so I hope that M8 will be available soon with this installer……

If anybody can tell me what could be the problem with the old installer… please help me out…..

    Instead of using the installer, I downloaded the ZIP file for the 6.0M8 Q-build; unzip it and TADA!
