Nice tool for mobile offices

I am working in different locations; actually if I have my cell-phone and a (broadband) internetconnection and laptop, I’ll be able to work anywhere. The only problem is managing configurations. In our Hilversum office, I am connected through a local ethernet LAN (with cable) and connect through a proxy server. In our Deventer office, I use different default print and wireless. At home, my printer is different again, no proxy and wireless. Settings these values in Internet Explorer, Firefox and the system takes some time before I can get to work. The Mobile Net Switch solves this problem.
It is capable of

  • Switching network interfaces
  • Activating and deactivating proxies in IE and Firefox
  • Setting default printers
  • Mounting shares
  • Run scripts

To fit your laptop configuration for your work environment.
